Paulownia is pretty amazing - it's one of the lightest of all hardwoods, but super strong and durable with it. It's also the fastest growing hardwood tree in the world!

We were lucky enough to be gifted an elderly Paulownia by Lincolns Inn in Holborn, London. Their much-loved tree needed felling and they were keen that we give it a second life.
